MarketWatch has just introduced the Virtual Stock Exchange. There have been many so-called virtual exchanges, like investopedia where you could learn the tricks of the trade using play-money, but this site promises to be different and uses a new technique called gaming. A game has certain fixed rules like Starting Cash for each player and the Commission per trade.
To begin with, VSE is hosting a VSE Kickoff game that begins tomorrow (5/15/2006). If you decide to participate you will also be pitted against some famous stock market pros out there including Louis Navellier and Mark Hulbert.
